Damaged Favors & Accessories
Although our favor and accessories vendor tries to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. We will issue credit or send you replacements (excluding screen-printed glassware), but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service. We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your affair.
In today's world pretty much everyone has a digital camera. To save time and expense we require you to send digital photos of the damaged pieces, and to forward them to us with any damage claim. We still may ask you to return the damaged pieces. Thanks for your cooperation.
All damage or shortage claims must be made within 10 days of receiving the merchandise.
NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10 DAYS.
